Of boat form with high prow and flat handle, both the interior and exterior of this exceptional piece completely covered with wonderful shaded cloisonne enamel. The interior highlighted with a pair of vibrantly colored stylized birds surrounded by large scale floral designs; the flat handle decorated en suite with a similar bird; the remainer of the kovsh wrapped with floral and foliate designs.
