Enameled with colorful foliage on grounds of blue, green and cream, with two en grisaille reserves, one depicting a cathedral and the other, the 'Czar Bell', the border mounted with colored hardstone cabochons, maker's mark unclear, almost certainly by Feodor Ruckert and retailed by Kurlyukov.
