The circular bowl with a plique a jour enamel rim, decorated on the interior with translucent chartreuse enamel on a guilloche ground and on the exterior with vari-colored champleve enamel in scrolling design; supported on a turned stem with tripart arms intersected with the enamel coats of arms of Moscow, Kiev, and St. Petersburg, and resting on a footed base with champleve enamel decoration. The plate decorated in the center in vari-colored champleve enamel with a stylized flowerhead and with three concentric bands of champleve, translucent chartreuse and plique a jour enamels to match the goblet.
