Of lobed form, the center of the interior enameled with an exotic bird on an olive green ground, the surround and exterior with lobed panels enameled with multi-colored flowers on alternating grounds of sky blue and peach, the borders with filigree scrolls on a brick red ground, raised on three ball feet, maker's mark of Fedor Ruckert overstruck by that of Ovchinnikov.
