By Fedor Ruckert, Moscow, circa 1900, the interior of the bowl enameled translucent raspberry over a guilloch'e ground, the border decorated with multi-colored plique-a-jour enamel, the stem with the armorials of Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan, the plate and spoon decorated similarly, all pieces marked with Cyrillic initials of maker and 88 standard (91.66 % ), the plate also with scratched inventory number.
