By Fedor Ruckert, retailed by Bolin, Moscow, circa 1910, of rectangular shape, the hinged cover enameled en plein with a legendary warrior in a moonlit landscape, signed with Cyrillic initials A.B., after Victor Vasnetsov (1848-1926), the borders and base enameled with flowers foliage and geometric patterns in the Old Russian style, with red cabochon hardstone thumbpiece, the interior inscribed, "To our best friend P.P. Roudakoff with affectionate regards, Mary and Frank Dastich, December 31, 1948," with the mark of Bolin overstriking the mark of Fedor Ruckert.
