The center enameled with an exotic bird on a pale yellow ground, the outer border and side bars enameled with multi-colored flowers and scrolling foliage on an olive green ground, marked with Cyrillic initials of workmaster and 84 standard (97.5 % ), also bears scratched inventory mark.
