A FABERGE SILVER-GILT AND ENAMELED BOX, MOSCOW 1908-1917.

The hexagonal box with hinged lid displaying a medallion cartouche with matte finish en plein enamel painted Tsar Ivan. Overall decorated in the Neo-Russian style against a dark blue ground, the interior brightly gilded. Hallmarked Moscow 1908-1917, stamped K.FABERGE in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant, 88 silver standard and with scratched inventory number 32035. Length 1.9 inches (4.8 cm).
