Feodor Ruckert, probably the most famous shaded enamel manufacturer of the period, developed his distinct Pan-Slavic style with its muted colors and mixture of ornament elements from ancient Russian and Eastern arts with influence of Art Nouveau. Ruckert worked for the Faberge Moscow shop from 1877.
