Baluster form, the lower section with lobed cartouches enameled with shaded varicolor stylized floral and foliate sprays and flowerheads on pale blue, cream, green and red grounds within twisted ropework borders, the upper section enameled with firebirds amidst shaded varicolor stylized floral and foliate sprays on a cream ground, within twisted ropework borders, the shaped handles with conforming decoration, marked under base4 in. (10 cm.) high
