Of traditional form, the oval body with stylized open-work handle and prow in the form of a cockerel's head, enameled with varicolor foliate sprays and geometric motifs on cream and black grounds within ropework borders and set with amethyst and chalcedony cabochons, raised on a domed circular foot, marked under base
