The shaped hexagonal plate with convex elliptical-shaped rim decorated with stylized enameled flowers against a cream ground, the central star-shaped section embellished with six panels of alternating floral motifs against teal-blue ground and elaborate peacocks against a sea-green ground, enclosing a circular medallion decorated with a siren inside a scrolling pink and rose enamel band, overall enhanced with gilt ropework borders
