By Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, 1899-1908; the sugar-tongs apparently unmarked, by Feodor Ruckert; the spoon by Maria Semenova, Moscow, circa 1880. The circular sugar-bowl with swing-handle, enamelled with vari-colour stylized blossoms and foliage on alternating pale green, pink and blue coloured lobed panels within twisted ropework borders, and turquoise enamel field with filigree tracery12.2cm diam.; the pair of sugar-tongs en suite; the serving spoon decorated with bold vari-colour scrolling foliage and blossoms on white opaque ground with turquoise beaded border, the twisted ropework handle terminating in an enamelled coronet finial17.1cm long, in original fitted wooden case stamped with Imperial Warrant mark of Orest Kurlyukov, Moscow
