China. Order of the Double Dragon, breast star of the second class, first grade (with coral center button). Stamped "84" with the St. Petersburg mark on the backplate and pin. Also with the initials of Fedor Ruckert, an artist in the Faberge firm known for his work in cloissone. In its original red latherette case of issue marked by A.A. Treiden, St Petersburg, with a partial label in Chinese on the lid.
