A Russian Sterling and Enamel Card Tray & Tea Strainer the tray square with shaped rim and enameled exotic bird to center surrounded by floral design, bearing an 88 zolotnik mark for Moskow, E 20th C, and silversmith's mark for Fedor Ruckert; the tea straner with an 84 zolotnik mark for 1896 for Anatolii Apollonovich Artsibashev. Minimal enameling loss to tea strainer.
Provenance: Estate of Mrs. Ann Louise Marshall Whitley. Tray 6 1/2" square, tea strainer 5 3/4" long.
