A silver-gilt and cloisonné enamel sugar tongs. Overall decorated with varicolour stylized floral motifs on a pale blue ground. Enamel minimally chipped. Marked with assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark "F?" in Cyrillic. Moscow, probably Fedor Rückert, 1896-1908. 14 cm long.
