Hallmarked Moscow 1899-1908 and with Cyrillic makers mark "F.R." - Feodor Ruckert, retailed by Ovchinnikov as is marked in Cyrillic "P. Ovchinnikov" under the Imperial Warrant. Outstanding! L.4.5".
