Ruckert Enamel Tazza
A Russian silver gilt, plique-a-jour and shaded cloisonne enamel tazza, Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, 1908-1917. Having a flared foot with floral and geometric motifs, apertures filled with red and green plique-a-jour enamel, the bowl has exuberant flower heads on a duck-egg ground, the rim pierced with a geometric design and decorated with red, green and orange plique-a-jour enamel. Dimensions: 2 1/8” h x 6 3/4” diam. Provenance: Sotheby’s New York, 1st December 1998, lot 202.
