A Fabergé shaded and cloisonné enamel teaglass holder, Moscow, 1908-1917, almost certainly from the workshop of Feodor Rückert.  The cylindrical body enameled with stylized tulips, pomegranates, daisies, and lilies in shades of iron red, cornflower blue, forest green, peach, coral, and turquoise against a speckled, pale green ground relieved by stylized foliage and unusual fields of transparent orange over foiled grounds, the lower border with stylized Greek key ornament in gilt filigree against a cinnamon ground, the shaped handle with stylized floral, foliage, and geometric ornament against a stippled gilt ground. The circular foot with the later inventory number 270. Height at handle: 3 5/8 in. (9.1 cm); width over handle: 4 1/2 in. (11.3 cm).
