The sides of the shaped bowl enameled with colorful, stylized flowers and foliage against a navy blue ground and gilt ground, the twist handle enameled in translucent amethyst, emerald, and royal blue, the terminal formed as a stylized crowned double-headed eagle enameled against a forest green ground.  Length 5 ⅜ in.
