Ruckert Enamel Rooster Kovsh
A Faberge silver gilt and shaded cloisonne enamel kovsh, workmaster Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, 1908-1917. The raised prow shaped as a rooster’s head, the pierced upswept handle shaped as a stylized rooster’s tail, the body enameled with stylized scrolling flowers on a cream ground. The rim is bordered of wire coils and translucent green lozenges on a red ground.
