A Russian silver gilt and shaded cloisonne enamel kovsh, Feodor Ruckert, retailed by Ovchinnikov, Moscow, late 19th century. Of traditional shape on a raised circular base and hook-shape handle, the kovsh is decorated in a scrolling multi-color shaded floral and foliate motif against an olive green enamel ground with a row of pale blue enamel beads outlining the handle. 88 silver standard.
