Ruckert Green Kovsh
A Russian gemset, gilded silver and shaded cloisonne enamel kovsh by Fedor Ruckert, Moscow, 1896-1908; the entire body completely covered with shaded cloisonne florals against a two-tone green ground, the upper portion of the body highlighted with raised silver droplets, the prow, handle and either side of the body set with cabachon stones.
Length 4 3/4".
Condition: Inscription removed under the base, regilded; otherwise excellent.
