Ruckert Enamel Charka
A Russian silver gilt and shaded cloisonné enamel charka, Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, 1896-1908. The charka, on a raised cylindrical base, decorated in panels of stylized multi-color scrolling foliate motifs against a red enamel ground and alternating panels of mythical griffins against a blue ground, the scrolling handle similarly worked, inside the cup a scroll and bird design. 88 silver standard.
