A rare and fantastic Russian 88 standard gilded silver and shaded Pan-Slavic style cloisonne enamel demi-tasse size cup and saucer by Faberge, Moscow, 1908-17; workmaster almost certainly Feodor Ruckert, bearing scratched inventory #21443. The cup having 4 lobes, the right and left side with large scale, beautiful flowers against green grounds, the front and back having gilded silver flowers against black enamel grounds within white and green borders. Each of the 4 lobes separated by vertical lines of gilding adorned with red enamel scrolls. The fantastic shaped high handle fully enameled in a variety of colors. The circular saucer adorned with enameled stylized strawberries amidst a variety of enameled foliate and geometric shapes against a gilded ground. The cavetto of the saucer surrounded by a band of blue enamel highlighted by blue and green alternating triangles.
